01Do you travel outside of Knoxville?
Yes! Traveling outside of Knoxville is .60 cents a mile. Wedding travel over 3+ hours will require two overnight stays.
Destination Travel: Requires hotel, flight, and rental car accommodations. A custom quote will be discussed upon booking.
02How far in advance should I book?
ASAP! Spots book up fast. Why wait if I’m the one?
Weddings start booking about 1-2 years out.
03How do I book or reserve my date?
Weddings require a 35% non-refundable/non-transferable retainer & signed contract.
Elopements, micro-weddings, general and engagement sessions require a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable retainer & signed contract.
04How will I receive my photos & how many photos?
You will receive your photos through an online gallery that will be sent via email. From here you will be able to download and share with family & friends.
The number of photos you will get will vary. I absolutely hate throwing away a good photo. If its a great photo and not repetitive it’s edited and added in the gallery!
General/Engagement sessions: minimum of 50 professionally edited photos. Wedding and elopements: minimum of 200 photos (more coverage = more photos)
05Do you deliver RAW/unedited images?
No, I do not. Trust me the edited version is MUCH better!
06Do you deliver black and white photos?
Yes, I do! I select a number of them to be edited in black and white. You will also receive a color version as well. I never deliver a photo in only black and white.
07 What is your back up process?
During the wedding or session, I use a camera that writes to two separate cards at all times. I also have back up cameras in my bag incase one fails.
Once I get home from a wedding or session, I immediately begin to upload all photos to my working drive, stationary drive, and start the process of backing the photos up to my cloud system. I will also keep all photos on the original SD card(s) until I deliver the full gallery. After the full gallery is delivered, all photos will be deleted off of my working drive and the SD cards.
08How long will do you keep my edited gallery?
I keep galleries on my cloud system up to a year before it will be deleted. I try my best to keep galleries on my stationary hard drive as long as possible but it’s no guarantee that they are safe, technology fails. I HIGHLY recommend that once you receive your full gallery you download all the high-resolution images and back them up on multiple flash drives and cloud system.
